HAZELWOOD, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Two suspects are being held in a St. Louis County jail after police say they robbed a man while walking in broad daylight.

Hazelwood officers responded to the 6900 block of Midwood Dr. after an alarm went off at the home around 1 pm.

When officers arrived, a victim told police he was robbed while walking in the 8600 block of Latty Avenue.

The victim said two men knew the victim and approached him in an orange colored truck.

One man pulled out a gun while another suspect searched the victim and stole money from him.

Police located the two suspects inside a home in the 7000 block of Laupher Lane in Hazelwood and took the men into custody.

Officers seized an undetermined amount of methamphetamine, marijuana and a weapon believed to be used in the robbery.

On Wednesday, detectives obtained first-degree robbery warrants for Malcolm Coleman, 19, and Kaleb Davis, 18 and took the men into custody.

Both suspects are being held on a $50,000 bond.

The investigation is ongoing.
