Crash involving dump truck closes Highway 40 during morning rush

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- An accident involving a dump truck and another car closed a section of Interstate 64/40 in St. Louis County during Monday morning's rush.

That accident happened in the westbound lanes of Highway 40 at Big Bend before 9:00 a.m. Monday. A dump truck crashed into a small sedan. 

No one was injured in the crash, according to the Richmond Heights Fire Department.

The lanes reopened around 10:00 a.m.

No other information was made immediately available.
