ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A man was hospitalized after being shot at a gas station in Dutchtown early Thursday morning.
The 29-year-old man told police he was pumping gas in the 3900 block of South Grand when he saw the suspects arguing on the Shell gas station parking lot. During the altercation, the male suspect fired multiple shots at the victim, striking him in the back around 3:30 a.m.
After being shot, a friend of the victim drove him to the hospital, where he was listed as serious, stable.
The suspect ran from the scene following the shooting. Another man who was involved in the argument left the lot in a white SUV.
The investigation is ongoing.
