Endangered Person Advisory canceled for Mo. teen; man taken into custody

SMITHTON, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A statewide Endangered Person Advisory was canceled for a missing 14-year-old after she was found on Wednesday.

Mersadiez Shiann Rohr and her family vehicle were reported missing from 1355 Highway DD in Smithton, Missouri around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

According to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department, an investigation revealed Rohr may be with Matthew Fischer, who is also known as Michael Piznarski. He is reportedly a registered sex offender from New York.

Just after 6 a.m. Wednesday, Fischer was taken into custody by the Pettis County Sheriff's Department. 

Police say Rohr was found Wednesday.

Smithton, Missouri is located about 180 miles west of St. Louis.
