ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. (KMOV.com) -

A pair of men are being charged after a string of robberies occurred in the area where police arrested them.

Demarcus Sullivan and Ronald Edwards, both 22 years-old, are charged with Burglary.

On July 8 around 11:25 p.m., Shiloh Police responded to a call for two subjects, wearing all black clothing, who were acting suspiciously. When officers arrived in the London Lane and Berwick Circle area, and saw the two subjects, later identified as Sullivan and Edwards, flee police between houses.

Sullivan and Edwards were later apprehended by police.

After Shiloh dispatch informed the officers that a report of burglary was filed in the 2500 block of London, both Sullivan and Lewis were taken into custody.

An investigation ensued after another report was filed for a burglarized vehicle in the same area as the prior report.

Sullivan and Edwards had individuals bonds set at $100,000 each, and both are currently held in the St. Clair County jail.
