St. Louis Co. Health Department offering vaccinations before school year

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

The St. Louis County Department of Public Health says you should get ahead of the back-to-school rush and schedule your child’s vaccination appointments now.

There are three locations in St. Louis County offering vaccination services from Monday through Friday.

The following places are:

John C. Murphy Health Center

6121 N Hanley Rd, Berkeley, MO 63134

Monday-Friday: 8:30 – 10:30 AM and 1:00 – 3:00 PM

The St. Louis County Department of Public Health encourages parents to remember that while vaccine-preventable diseases are rare, outbreaks still happen.

According to the CDC, thousands of cases of whooping coughs and measles have reemerged within the past few years.
