Police say a man exposed himself in the parking lot of a Target in Wentzville Tuesday afternoon.
Police say a heavy-set white man in his 40s with dark hair and dark facial hair drove up beside the victim in the parking lot of a Target Store in the 1800 block of Wentzville Parkway around 2:30 p.m.
"I was walking in the aisle and I heard someone pull up behind me. I didn't think anything of it, but they were going slower than normal," the victim said.
The victim said observed that the man’s genitals were exposed. The victim then walked away and reported the incident to Target employees.
"He started pointing, and pointing down and he kept touching himself. He kept doing that even as he was driving away," she said.
Police believe the suspect was driving a dark gray older Ford Focus wagon with tinted windows. The car also has a white decal in the lower left corner of the rear window.
If you have any information on the suspect’s whereabouts, call Wentzville police at 636-639-2137.
