Centreville man sentenced to prison for intent to sale heroin

A Centreville, Ill. man was sentenced on Friday to more than 2 years in prison for possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Reginald J. Coleman, 26, is also a convicted felon that had several firearms with him at the time of his arrest.

Coleman pled guilty to the two federal charges on September 20, 2016. At his plea hearing, Coleman admitted to packaging heroin for sale and having three firearms at his mother’s house on Oct. 14, 2015.

Coleman was arrested during a “parole compliance check”.
