LOS ANGELES (MEREDITH) - With a price tag of $250 million, a new mega mansion in Bel-Air is the most expensive home listed in the United States, according to multiple reports.
The four-level, 38,000-square-foot mansion includes 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, five bars, three gourmet kitchens, a spa and an 85-foot infinity swimming pool.
If that weren't enough, there's also a 40-seat movie theater, a bowling alley, a gallery of exotic and vintage cars worth $30 million, two fully-stocked wine cellars and a massive assorted candy wall.
The man behind this stunning piece of real estate is luxury developer Bruce Makowsky. He told the Associated Press only 3,000 people in the world could afford to buy the country's priciest home, located at 924 Bel Air Road.
"This home was curated for the ultimate billionaire who wants the best of everything that exists in life," said Makowsky in a statement.
The lavish property took more than four years to build by a crew of 250 people.
