KIRKWOOD, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A massage therapist is facing charges after incidents involving two adult female customers, according to the Kirkwood Police Department.

Jason Deal, 34, was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual misconduct after the alleged incidents.

According to court documents, during a massage in December, Deal moved his hand towards a victim's underwear line and asked "is this OK?" Originally, the victim believed it was part of the massage service, but then realized it was a a sexual advance and stated "no," police said.

Court documents state the other alleged incident happened in the same manner on January 31.

Deal reportedly admitted to both advances.
