ST. LOUIS ( – Debating what to make for Super Bowl Sunday? Here are five viewer-submitted recipes that Steve Harris made during Wednesday’s News 4 This Morning.

Grandma Moore’s Meatball Recipe – Submitted by Linda M.

3 lbs of ground beef
3 medium onions, finely chopped
1 ½ cups soft bread crumbs
1 ½ tsp salt
¾ tsp pepper
1 ½ tsp chili powder
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp milk
Vegetable oil
¾ cup Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp vinegar
3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce

Combine the first seven ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch balls and cook in hot oil until lightly brown. Drain on paper towels and place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for a minute, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Simple Cucumber Sandwiches – Submitted by Sandi M.

1 loaf of wheat bread sandwich
1-2 cucumbers
1-2 pkg of cream cheese
1-2 tsp of seasoning salt

Using a small round biscuit cutter, cut circles in the wheat bread (try and use the same size circle as the size of your cucumbers. When the cream cheese is at room temperature and soft, put in 1 tsp. of seasoning salt and mix well. Peel the cucumber and take a fork, starting at the end, and run it lengthwise so it makes groves to the other end, repeat process until entire cucumber has grooves. Cut the cucumber in ¼ inch slices. Spread cream cheese mixture on wheat bread circus and place cucumber on top.

Buffalo Chicken Dip – Submitted by Jessica D.

2 chicken breasts
3 blocks of softened cream cheese
1 bag of sharp cheddar cheese
½ bottle of Franks Hot Sauce
1 can Rotel (drained)

Place chicken breasts in crockpot until they are well cooked, then mix in the softened cream cheese and rest of ingredients. You can also add a container of sour cream if you are feeding a lot of people. Serve with thick blue corn Tostitos or regular Tostitos.
