Creve Coeur bank robbery suspect arrested

CREVE COEUR, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Police have arrested a man they believe robbed a bank in Creve Coeur Dec. 29.

The suspect, identified as David Hartung from St. Ann, allegedly walked into the bank in the 12700 block of Olive around 12:50 p.m. and implied he had a gun. Police said the suspect did not display a gun during the robbery.

The suspect left the bank with an unknown amount of money, according to police.

The 35-year-old suspect has been charged with first-degree robbery and is being held on a $50,000 cash-only bond.
