MoDOT to close I-70/I-170 ramp next week

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Commuters who use the Interstate 70/Interstate 170 interchange could face delays to start the new year.

MoDOT will close the eastbound I-70 ramp to northbound I-170 for three days starting Wednesday January 4.

The ramp will close at before morning rush hour and reopen by 3 p.m. Friday January 6. Drivers can detour by taking southbound I-170 and exiting at Natural Bridge Road to access northbound I-170.?

A Surveillance camera caught the driver smash into the red truck parked along Connecticut Street. The driver then stopped before taking off. The truck hit the mini-van parked behind it. “I kind of couldn’t believe it,” said Carolyn Holman, who owns the mini-van. She thinks there could be a thousand dollars worth of damage.
