ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

A second suspect has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting and robbery of a cab driver in the Central West End.

Jerry Reese, 19, is charged with first-degree murder, robbery and armed criminal action.

He and Shakur Ellis, 18, are accused of fatally shooting and robbing Timothy Grice, 38. He was found fatally shot in his cab near the intersection of Kingshighway and Laclede in the early morning hours of September 19.

Shakur was charged on Thursday.

Reese is being held on a $1,000,000 cash-only bond.
