St. Louis County police say missing woman has been found safe

NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) -

UPDATE: St. Louis County Police tell News 4 Jimeese Barnard has been located safe.

Police are searching for a missing woman who may have been taken by a man she has an order of protection against.

Authorities are looking for Jimeese Barnard, 22.

St. Louis County Police officers received a call around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday about a car spotted near the intersection of Terminal Drive and Winkler Drive in North County.

Inside the car were Barnard, police said, and a man she has an order of protection against. The car later drove away.

Police say Barnard is considered endangered due to prior documented incidents of violence between her and the man.

Barnard is described as 5’5”, with a heavy build. She was last seen wearing a light colored, hooded sweatshirt.
