SLPS superintendent asking school board to consider closing 2 schools

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – The St. Louis Public School District Superintendent asked the school board to consider closing two schools.

Dr. Kelvin Adams recommended closing Langston Middle and Cote Brilliante Elementary School due to low enrollment, according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch. He asked the consideration to close the schools be made by next month’s board meeting.

The school board’s next meeting is scheduled for Dec. 8.
