2 men wounded in separate shootings overnight

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Police are currently investigating two separate shootings that happened less than two hours apart overnight. 

The first shooting occurred just after midnight in the 2000 block of Sidney Street, in the Benton Park neighborhood. 

Police arrived on the scene and found a male victim with a graze wound to his head. He was conscious and breathing when he was found. 

The officers were told by the victim that he was drinking at the corner of Grand and Gravois with others when he was shot. The victim, a man in his 30s, did not cooperate with the investigation. 

He was transported to the hospital, where is currently in stable conditon. 

Approximately an hour later, police responded to the Holly Hills neighborhood, where another shooting occurred around 1:12 a.m. 

Upon their arrival, police found another male victim. The man, who appeared to be in his 60's, sustained a gunshot wound to his head, but was found conscious and breathing. 

The victim told police he was stopped at a stop sign when another vehicle pulled up alongside him. The occupants inside the vehicle shot into the victim's vehicle. 

He was later transported to the hospital and is currently in serious condition. 

At this time, there is no information on suspects in either case. 

The investigations into both shootings are ongoing.
