Two women wanted after babies test positive for drugs

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - If a child is born and drugs are found in his or her system, the parent can be charged with unlawful neglect. Horry County Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for two women accused of that crime.

According to an Horry County Police report,  25-year-old Ellie Pcolar gave birth September 16, 2016 and after the baby was tested for drugs, the child was placed with another family member.

Nicole Mullins, 30, is also wanted for that crime. The Horry County police report states she gave birth August 19, 2016 and after the baby was tested for drugs, the child was placed with a protector.

if you've seen either Pcolar or Mullins let them know they're wanted or call authorities.
