ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Travelers will now have access to a parking terminal that has been closed for the last few months at the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.

The Terminal 1 (T1) Parking Garage entrance was closed back in July due to the construction work on the westbound lanes of Lambert International Boulevard. Traffic was detoured around the construction, and the entrance to T1 was relocated to the exit plaza of the garage through an interim entry lane on Departing Flights Drive.

Now, the main entrance has been reopened to T1.

In a press release, the airport also announced the temporary height restriction to over-sized vehicles traveling under the Lambert International Boulevard Bridge has also been lifted. The restriction was enacted thanks to scaffolding work under the bridge. Now that the work is completed, the restriction is no more.

While that work has been complete, drivers could see minor rerouting around work zones, Lambert announced. There is still work going on the eastbound lanes of the Lambert International Boulevard Bridge and the work will likely run through November of this year.
