Police discover cloning operation in Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- 24-year old Robert Sanneman, Jr. has been charged with trafficking in stolen identities and fraudulent use of a credit card. His bond was set at $50,000, cash only.

Sullivan Police tell News 4 they were contacted by a Cuba, MO resident about fraudulent charges on a credit card from purchases made at the Walmart and Peace of Mind stores in Sullivan. After checking the stores' surveillance video, investigators identified Sanneman, Jr. as a suspect. 

Police and sheriff's deputies arrested him at his home in the Sycamore Trailer Park in Franklin County. Police say a search of the home found equipment for cloning credit, debit and gift cards. Police also say they found drivers licenses belonging to other people.
