(KMOV.com) - St. Louis area children have a new way to learn about science and technology through the St. Louis Science Center's latest exhibit. 

Baxter is an industrial robot designed to perform repetitive tasks while interacting with people. You can challenge the robot to a game of Tic-Tac-Toe. You can also teach the robot how to perform tasks by moving its hands and having it memorize the motions.

Christian Greer, Chief Officer for Science, Education and Experience at the St. Louis Science Center said, "We're hoping that Baxter will help inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers. and people that are interested in making human life better through robotics"
