CAHOKIA (KMOV.com) -

A group of teenagers is allegedly at it again, leaving police in the Metro East investigating.

Friday, News 4 told you about a Taco Bell drive thru attack in Cahokia where police say 15 juveniles attacked and damaged a woman’s car.

Over the weekend, Carmen Douglas claims she saw the same group spray painting her street.

“Its very frustrating we don't know what level they're going to take to next,” said Douglas. "They call themselves the Rally Gang, they seem to like to terrorize cars in the drive thru lines. Some of them are here at a house on Lazercheff Drive and their parents are not home at night and they get to terrorize at night.”

Douglas says she saw about fifteen 12-16-year-olds marking their territory. The graffiti is at the intersection of Lazarcheff and Armand Drives, it reads “Official Rallies Gang and Hunchoo Gang.”

Cahokia police did confirm a report was made, but they can't say if the same group of teens is behind the attack at Taco Bell. Investigators are looking into a connection - if any - and looking for the teens.

"They can try to terrorize us all they want, but Cahokia is our town, it's home and we're not going to let some kids take it from us and scare us off and scare us all out of a neighborhood,” said Douglas.
