ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A man is accused of breaking into a south St. Louis apartment building and setting it on fire Friday morning.
Craig Lovell, 25, of south St. Louis County is charged with arson and burglary.
Fire and police officials were called to a building in the 7100 block of Jamieson Avenue between 2 and 3 a.m. The blaze was extinguished by fire crews.
Lovell allegedly set the apartment on fire because the person who lived there owed him money.
