'Festival for Flamion' raises thousands for injured officer

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) –  More than $16,000 was raised at a fundraiser held for Ballwin police officer Mike Flamion.

A festival was held Saturday.

The “Festival for Flamion” took place at The Wolf Café, located at 15480 Clayton Road in Ballwin, from noon until 9 p.m.

The event included a silent auction, raffles, BBQ grilled by Ballwin Police Officers and live music. The musical acts who performed included Kent Ehrhardt and the Blue Moon Band, The Main Street Remnants, Just Sayin’ and Perron Hill.

The café donated 100 percent of the outdoor BBQ sales, auction and raffle, and 33 percent of the café sales to Officer Flamion.
