DENVER (KMOV.com) – A Ballwin police officer who was shot in the line of duty attended a Cardinals-Rockies game in Colorado Monday.

Officer Michael Flamion was shot in the line of duty in July, he is paralyzed as a result. He was eventually sent to a special facility for spinal injuries in Colorado for treatment.

A Facebook photo posted by the Ballwin Police Department showed Flamion and other Ballwin officers taking in batting practice on the field before a game between the Cardinals and Rockies.

A GoFundMe page started to help pay for Flamion's medical bills has raised more than $350,000 so far.
