WENTZVILLE, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Police in Wentzville say they have identified four new victims of a man investigators are calling a dangerous child predator.

Daniel Hallmark, 54, now faces 11 new charges of sexual assault.

Hallmark was charged earlier this month with sexual assault after police say he friended, groomed and then assaulted a 13-year-old boy he met at the Walmart in Wentzville. Investigators found hundreds of pornographic images on his phone and computer and were looking to identify the victims.

“After the first Channel Four coverage, our phones literally rang off the hook with leads, potential new victims, these four victims we were able to put the case together pretty quickly,” explained Chief Frisz.

Four new victims have been identified and Hallmark now faces additional counts of sexual misconduct, statutory sodomy, deviate sexual assault, forcible sodomy and furnishing pornography to a minor.

Court documents paint a picture of how Hallmark chose his victims.

“This guy Hallmark chose his targets very carefully, once he identified someone he was interested in he'd friend them, groom them, all the typically child predator type things they do,” explained Chief Frisz.

The incidents date back to the summer of 2010. Three of the victims, all of which range from age 13-18, Hallmark met through his plumbing business. He would offer them small jobs, befriend the victims and the victims’ parents and then sexually assault them.

According to court records, one of the victim was diagnosed with autism and was 18 when he was assaulted by Hallmark. The victim told police Hallmark threatened him that if he ever told anyone he will get in trouble because Hallmark said he was a former DEA agent. Police say Hallmark regularly gave the victims male enhancement supplements and purchased them gifts.

Two of the victims he met on GRINDER, a social network app.

But police say Hallmark’s main method of meeting these teenage boys was through his business Hallmark Plumbing. They are asking any parents who might have hired Hallmark to call investigators.

“If they think there’s a possibility they need to really come forward and work with us and we’ll be able to help them out,” said Frisz. “We’re very confident from initial feedback is that there are going to be more victims and it’s just going to be a matter of identifying them.”
