6 teenagers accused of burglarizing repair shops in Florissant

FLORISSANT, Mo. (KMOV.com) – Six teenagers are custody after six Florissant repair shops were burglarized in June and July.

The suspects are accused of smashing out the front windows of the businesses and stealing car keys and cash. In total, police said, there were eight vehicles taken during the burglaries. All the stolen vehicles have been located.

“I am proud of the outstanding investigations that were conducted by the Florissant Police Department which led to the identification and arrest of these suspects and I am thrilled that these criminals are now off the streets,” Police Chief Lowery stated.

The suspects are identified as Davion Guy, 18, Darius Collins, 18, Orlando Brown, 18, Jordan Jackson, 18, Traymond Chatman, 17 and Tyson Wesley, 18.

The suspects are also being investigated for their possible involvement in similar incidents in the metro area and Illinois, police said.
