Endangered Silver Advisory issued for elderly man with dementia

ST. LOUIS, MO. (KMOV.com) - An Endangered Silver Advisory has been issued for a missing 81-year-old with dementia. 

Delmar Pyatt left his residence in the 1940 block of Blendon Place in St. Louis around 8 a.m. Thursday to run errands and eat breakfast. When he did not return to the residence, officials were notified.

Pyatt is described as being 5'07, 130 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. He drives a green 1998 Chevrolet S-10 with Missouri license plates, 9UT395.

Pyatt has a heart condition and high blood pressure. He reportedly does not have his medication with him. 

Anyone with information about Pyatt is asked to contact the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department at (314) 444-0100 or call 911.
