Pair of overnight shootings injure 3, including an infant

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Three victims were injured in two separate overnight shootings in different parts of St. Louis city. 

The first shooting occurred around 10:45 p.m. in the 4700 block of Kossuth Avenue, in north St. Louis.

A female in her 20s and a 2 year-old child both sustained gunshot wounds to the foot. Both were transported to the hospital. The woman and child are both in stable condition.

At this time, it is unknown if the child belongs to the woman or not. 

The second shooting happened more than four hours later, in the downtown area. 

A man was shot in the 1500 block of N 13th Street. Police found him at the scene conscious and breathing. 

It is unknown what injuries he sustained or what his current condition is. 

Police do not have suspects in either case at this time. 

Investigations into both shootings are ongoing.
