ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) – At least one person was killed during an early morning crash in north St. Louis County.

Troy Green, 47, of Spanish Lake, was driving a 2006 Dodge Charger in the northbound lanes of Highway 367 when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, striking a guardrail and a utility pole before overturning near New Jamestown Road around 4:10 a.m. Green was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle during the incident, according to the crash report.

Green was pronounced dead at the scene.

All northbound lanes of the roadway were closed until around noon.

Ameren workers were called to the crash scene to restore power to about 800 residents in the area. The power outages forced summer school at Hazelwood Arrowpoint Elementary School to be canceled for Thursday.
