BRIDGETON (KMOV.com) -

A missing man with special needs who was located in Bel-Ridge has been identified by Bridgeton police.

The man is described as African American, between 18 and 25-years-old, 5’9” tall and weighing 140 pounds. Police say he has a slight goatee. He is wearing an orange and white stripped V-neck short sleeve shirt and black shorts.

Police believe he has special needs. He is unable to communicate.

He was located at the Family Dollar in 8900 block of Natural Bridge in Bel-Ridge. Police are not releasing his name.
