HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A teen is wanted for allegedly breaking into a North Myrtle Beach home, while a woman is wanted after a child was allegedly found in deplorable conditions in an Horry County home.

Blayne Ownes, 17, is wanted for failure to appear for first-degree burglary after not showing up for court for an incident he was arrested for on February 11, 2016.

The North Myrtle Beach police report states that just after midnight on that date, two people woke up in their home in the 2400 block of Hilburn Street in North Myrtle Beach to the sound of cabinet doors being moved in the kitchen. They say they also saw a dim light under their bedroom door, so they opened the door and saw their acquaintance,  Blayne Owens, standing in the home. The report says police were called, a description was given, and Owens was tracked down later that night and arrested. His last known address is in North Myrtle Beach.

The details in the next police report from Horry County describe why 23-year-old Jenessa Sullivan is wanted for failure to appear for unlawful neglect of a child. The report states officers went to her home in the 300 block of Southern Pines Drive in reference to a domestic violence call but instead found a child in the home filled with filth. Roaches were everywhere, the bathtub was dirty and non-functional, officers' boots were sticking to the floor, and the home was extremely hot, the report states. The report also says the child had a soiled diaper and a bloody bruised eye. Sullivan's last known address is on Southern Pines Drive in Myrtle Beach.
