NORTH ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -

A young child was grazed by a bullet during a shooting in north St. Louis that resulted from road rage, her father said.

A 3-year-old girl was inside a car near the intersection of Kingshighway and Lillian, when another car, a black Ford F150, got too close to the car she was in, her father said.Her father, who was driving, honked. 

Someone inside the other vehicle fired gunshots. One round of the shots entered the rear passenger door and hit the girl, who suffered a graze wound to the leg, police said.

The girl was taken to a hospital and listed in stable condition. 

Police are still looking for the shooter.

The investigation is ongoing.
