ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Two people are facing charges for allegedly robbing a Dunbar armored car.

Charles Johnson and Shayne Jones are charged with conspiracy to interfere with commerce by threats of violence.

Authorities allege the two were responsible for a robbery of a Dunbar Armored Company Truck at gunpoint near the intersection of Switzer and Antelope in north St. Louis on April 4.

Jones was an employee of Dunbar and federal authorities believe he drove the armored car to the intersection where the robbery happened knowing armed suspects would be at that location waiting. The targeted truck was carrying money it had just picked up from St. Louis Parking Division.

Authorities say Jones was initially interviewed as a victim but later admitted to being involved in the robbery, saying he was threatened by others.
