ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Where's the beer?
A computer system went down before the Cardinals home opener Monday at Busch Stadium, meaning beer vendors couldn't hit the stands with buckets full of Bud and Bud Light. As a result, long lines formed in the concourse concession stands.
Thirsty Cardinals (and Brewers?) fans took to Twitter to voice their concern.
Vendors finally hit the stands in the second inning. Vendors had to manually check out their product, causing the delay.
The glitch has never happened before, but is still being resolved. The Cardinals do not expect any delay for Wednesday night's game.
