ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A St. Louis man is facing multiple charges after a 19-year-old from Ferguson was gunned down outside the Old Courthouse in downtown St. Louis.

Isiah Harris was inside a silver Ford Taurus near the intersection of Fourth and Chestnut when he was shot and killed April 3.

According to officials, Harris was seated in the driver’s seat of the vehicle, which struck a utility pole following the shooting.

Harris was pronounced dead on the scene.

About a week after the fatal shooting, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office issued charges against Darrion Dardon, the suspected shooter.

According to authorities, Dardon was seen hanging out the passenger side window of a Hyundai Sonata which pulled alongside Harris’ Taurus. Witnesses reported hearing the suspect yelling before the shots were fired into Harris’ vehicle.

Dardon was charged with first-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of armed criminal action.
