FLORISSANT, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A man was escorted out from a meeting that was hosted for the public to discuss several April ballot issues by the City of Florissant.
Florissant police say a man repeatedly interrupted various speakers during the meeting. When the disruptions continued after he was asked to quiet down, he was asked to leave. When he refused to leave, officers say they tried to escort him out. He then allegedly resisted the officers.
Police say they arrested the man. He is being booked on charges of peace disturbance and resisting arrest.
Police have not released the man’s name.
