The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office issued three counts of second degree burglary and one count of possession of methamphetamine against Richard Wayne Christian, 28, of St. Louis County.

Christian was wanted for one count of burglary at Bellacino's restaurant in Arnold on March 16. Christian and an accomplice allegedly threw a brick through a window and stole a change machine. When Christian was arrested two days later, he was found in possession of methamphetamine.

During interviews with police, he confessed to several crimes which resulted in the other two burglary charges in Festus. He has also confessed to burglaries and thefts in St. Louis County, Washington County and Jefferson County.

He is currently in custody on $50,000 bond.
