ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Prosecutors filed charges against a man who allegedly drove drunk and crashed into a parked car, resulting in the death of a man and a 2 year-old girl.

Eric Wolfe, 29, is charged with two counts of manslaughter and two counts of armed criminal action. He is being held on a $250,000, cash-only bond.

On March 24, Wolf's 2015 Ford Mustang struck a Subaru sitting at a stoplight at Vandeventer Avenue and McRee Avenue.

After being hit, the Subaru pushed into a 2007 Scion TC, which was also stopped at the light, then spun into the intersection and caught on fire. Antwon Jones, 40, was driving the Subaru with 2 year-old Scarlett Rose Jones riding in the car. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

Wolf was arrested on suspicion of driving drunk. Police said they obtained a search warrant to retrieve a blood sample at St. Louis University hospital after Wolf declined to supply a sample upon request. They found Wolf's blood alcohol level was 0.12 long after the accident.

An investigation determined Wolf was traveling 70 MPH in a 30 MPH zone before his impact with Jones' vehicle.
