FRONTENAC (KMOV.com) -

Police say they have a peeping tom in custody after he videotaped women at a local mall.

44-year-old Marlin Brimm worked as a shoe salesman at the Saks Fifth Avenue in Plaza Frontenac. Police say they found recordings from Brimm’s phone of women being videotaped under or through their clothing.

Brimm is charged with one count of invasion of privacy of multiple individuals.

But police say this is not his first encounter with the law. In 2015, Brimm pleaded guilty to indecent exposure. He also was convicted of two sexual misconduct charges in the ‘90s.
