The suspects are accused of taking several items of clothing from the Carter’s store in the Brentwood Promenade on March 4.

When a store employee attempted to prevent the suspects from leaving, she was sprayed with a chemical irritant, police said.

The suspects fled the scene in a purple or maroon colored car with Illinois license plates.
