2 men hospitalized following shooting, robbery in north St. Louis

NORTH ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -

One victim is in critical condition and another is in serious condition after a robbery and double shooting in north St. Louis Wednesday night.

Three men were in the 4100 block of Enright just after 10 p.m. when they were approached by two suspects who demanded their property, police said.

One of the suspects fired gunshots towards the group, striking two of the men. After the shots were fired, one of the suspects removed property from the 21-year-old victim before leaving the scene.

Both shooting victims were taken to a hospital where the 19-year-old was listed in critical condition after being shot multiple times and the 21-year-old was listed in stable condition after sustaining a gunshot wound to the buttocks. The third man, described as being 20 years old, was not injured in the incident. 

The investigation is ongoing.
