WARRENTON COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

A Warren County couple is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who stole from their small shop in Truesdale.

Beverly Holden and her husband Al run a small shop called Glass Garden which specializes in glass creations and lawn ornaments. Beverly is an artist and sells what she creates. Someone recently stole $800 worth of merchandise from the store.

“The second time was devastating because it really hit home that I was a target and they had really invaded me. I can’t explain how deep that went. I cried for four days, it is still touchy,” said Beverly.

The Holden’s believe someone is looking to make a quick buck and deemed their small store an easy target.

The couple opened the shop in 2006 and never thought they would have to offer a reward to find a thief or set up security cameras.
