ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A 20-year-old former counselor at a youth-serving organization is facing first-degree rape charges for his alleged actions against a child.

William “Billy” Hogenmiller, of the 2600 block of White Manor Court, is accused of raping a child on or between February 25 and 26.

Hogenmiller allegedly used force while the victim actively fought back, authorities said. Police say Hogenmiller knew the victim.

According to officials, Hogenmiller was a counselor at a youth-serving organization and also worked at an organization that provides respite care to adults and children with disabilities. He is also a current employee of the Jewish Community Center (JCC), but he has been suspended pending the investigation. He previously worked for the JCC's day camp and currently works in the after school program.

The current case does not involve any of the organizations.

Hogenmiller is being held on a $75,000 cash-only bond.

No other victims have come forward, but police in St. Louis County are asking anyone who believes they may have been a victim to call 636-529-8210.
