WASHINGTON PARK (KMOV.com) -- One of three suspects charged for allegedly beating an Iraq war veteran in Washington Park will receive probation for his role in the crime.

Earl Agnew pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and mob action. Police allege Agnew, Deion Sanders and Lamarcus Evans beat a veteran at a Washington Park gas station in October.

A driver who was at the gas station then ran over the veteran.
