ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Police are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of an alleged serial burglar.

The St. Louis County Police Department is searching for Wayne Collins, 21, last known to be living in the 2000 block of Merollis Walk.

Collins is wanted in connection to multiple business burglary cases in St. Louis County, O'Fallon, Chesterfield, Edwardsville and Fairview Heights. Collins is aware that he is wanted for questioning for these crimes.

"Just glass everywhere and smashed cases," said Hudson Jewelers Manager John Hudson. "It was just a mess. It's heartbreaking. You feel you have more empathy to other people who go through things like this, especially small businesses, family owned businesses."

Authorities arrest another suspect in the case, but are still searching for Collins.

If anyone has any information the whereabouts of Collins, contact the St. Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8210 or CrimeStoppers at 314-725-8477.
