Victim of Saturday homicide identified; 2 other shootings also investigated

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Three different shootings occurred early Saturday in St. Louis over a span of three hours. 

The first shooting happened just after 1:00 a.m. in the 5500 block of West Florissant Avenue in north St. Louis, next to Calvary Cemetery. Police found 23-year-old Nathaniel Stansberry III, dead at the scene of the shooting. The homicide unit was conduct the ongoing investigation.

The second shooting happened in the Pine Lawn area around 2:20 a.m. A male victim was shot in the right shoulder in the 4700 block of Bircher Avenue. The victim was transported to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition. 

A third shooting occurred after 4:00 a.m. in the 1200 block of Goodfellow in west St. Louis.

A male victim sustained a gunshot wound in his leg during an apparent drug transaction, police say. He was found conscious and breathing. 

Police do not have suspects for the three shootings and all investigations are ongoing.
