ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A man is facing charges after allegedly shooting two men in north St. Louis.

According to police, Earl Webster, 31, shot two men in the head near Garfield and North Vandeventer before 8:30 a.m. on January 15.

Police say they located the victims lying outside and suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to hospitals.

Police haven't released the name's of either victim. Both are listed to be critically injured. 

Homicide responded and is handling the investigation.

A News 4 photographer at the scene said there were at least 17 shots fired.

So far, police say it is still unclear what led to the shooting. No other information regarding the shooting has been released.
