(KMOV.com) – Residents believe a surveillance photo that was shared on social media led to the capture of a man who allegedly broke into an Affton home.

Brandon Eisenbach, 24, is charged with one count of burglary and one count of stealing. Authorities said home security cameras captured Eisenbach on camera. The photo was later shared on the Affton Community Watch Facebook Page, around 60 tips then came pouring into police.

Police are looking to see of Eisenbach is linked to a series of robberies in south St. Louis.

Those responsible for the Affton Community Watch Facebook Page say the arrest is the best result it has gotten since it was created a year and a half ago.
