Many of the victims suspected the 2013 breach at Anthem Healthcare Breach put their personal information in jeopardy.

The Federal Trade Commission, which tracks identity theft, ranked the St. Louis Metro as third in the country for Identity theft. In 2014, St. Louis was ranked down at 100 on the list.
